Absolutely. If you feel another tutor would be a better fit, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost and make the transition as smooth as possible.

Yes. We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. If you're unable to provide 24 hours' notice, don't worry—we'll still do our best to accommodate your request whenever we can.

No. Any unused lessons remain securely on your account and can be used whenever you're ready. There is no expiry date, giving you complete flexibility to continue learning at your own pace.
